Welcome to ExpressPAC!

The Express Political Action Committee (ExpressPAC) is proud to serve as your grassroots team in making our businesses stronger. With immigration issues, tax issues, and our ongoing challenge with the Small Business Administration (SBA), ExpressPAC funds are more important now more than ever before. The funds contributed to ExpressPAC are used to gain access to key legislators and to finance campaigns for candidates sensitive to the needs of our industry. We can’t gain access in Washington or at state capitols without funds.

Current ExpressPAC News

ExpressPAC is concentrating on helping all Express offices secure their Small Business designation. To help, Express Headquarters has retained a high-powered Washington D.C. lobbying firm to help us fight this small business issue through congress. So far and in just working with this firm for a short time, we have already experienced more success than before by working with the Small Business Administration (SBA) alone.

If every U.S. Express Owner donated $100, we could build a $40,000 war chest.

To donate, please download and print a Pledge Card. We beseech you to please complete the card and return it (with your personal check) to
Becky Chasteen in Franchise Systems at Express Headquarters as soon as you can.

Thank you for taking an active role in protecting your business. We can’t do this without you. If you have any questions, please contact
Rich Crane at Express Headquarters.

Thank you for your support,

The ExpressPAC Committee
